At ZICA Patna– Boring Road, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions related to course enrollments, workshops, and educational services.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fee payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility. By enrolling in our courses or making any payment to the institute, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Course Fee Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Course fees once paid are non-refundable after batch commencement.
  • Refund requests made before batch commencement may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
  • If approved, applicable processing or administrative charges may be deducted.
  • No refund shall be provided for partially attended courses.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If a student withdraws after admission confirmation, no refund shall be applicable.
  • In case of genuine medical emergencies, refund or adjustment requests may be reviewed upon submission of valid medical documentation.
  • The final decision in such cases shall rest solely with the management.

4. Workshop / Event Fees

  • Workshop or event fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
  • If a workshop or event is cancelled by the institute, a full refund will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • If a participant fails to attend the workshop, no refund shall be issued.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Any payment-related dispute must first be addressed directly with the institute.
  • Users are required to provide relevant payment proof for investigation.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes initiated without prior communication may lead to suspension of services.

6. No Return of Services

As we provide educational and training services (which are intangible in nature), there is no return applicable once services have commenced.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of payments, refunds, enrollments, or services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Patna High Court, Bihar, India.
